Consider goal weight #4 met. A little behind schedule, but within a week or two!

This goal is in accordance with the BMI charts that at 5’5”, I’m officially out of the “obese” range and into “overweight”

Baby steps!

So thinking next GW will be 15 lbs, to 165, halfway to what is in my UGW range, then time to evaluate and see how I feel and how 140ish might be. 150 is the top of my “healthy” BMI for my height. All of those numbers are so scary that it could be a reality. Seriously….

165, here I come.
