Pretty Good Day :)

It started right:

Had a bit of a fail before lunch, but not letting it ruin or dictate my day or week. Just ate later, waited until I was hungry again, trying to let me dictate a little. On top of it, my body was just a mess, with certain things and all. Worse than it has been for a number of months, felt naseous for a while, but I had to power through…

Stuck with my lunch (the bread got a little soggy from last night…) with a side of quinoa & green gian for one broccoli & cheese:

Zumba was fun & interesting tonight. It was a younger guy teaching his 4th class ever. It was fun, seeing how excited he was, and all his energy as a new teacher.

An excellent night capped off with this:

Giant salad topped with veggies galor, 1/4oz goat cheese, 1oz avocado, & italian flounder.
