Wait, you’re supposed to take the picture before you devoure your dinner? my bad…
BLT (on wheat, with 1T light mayo) (and lots of super fresh lettuce). Pan “fried” sweet potato fries seasoned with S&P, garlic, roasted red pepper, & cumin.

Actually under my points for the day? no idea on calorie intake though, days like this make me worry that I don’t hit a reasonable minimum. 9 point foods include lettuce, & veggies for giant lunch salad, celery snack, & late night apple. Maybe that’s enough to make up the difference? Anyway, a low day certainly can’t hurt after last week anyway.

Movement: Zumba. Only 30 min. Late leaving work = late to class. Still fun.

Looking ahead: Looong day tomorrow. Early meetings, then late event. Thinking about Subway for lunch, been months since I had it. sometime back in colorado.
speaking of colorado, i’ll be there in 2 short weeks! cannot wait.
